Satisfied, though you could get much more of this apartment in my opinion if you upgrade it

I'm satisfied with the apartment and find my family's vacation great overall. However I would like to argue that the description provided differed from what the apartment is. There were 2 serious problems for us during our stay, and none of these were mentioned in the apartmant description. 1 - It is on the 3rd floor (starting with ground floor - it is named 4th floor in my country) without an elevator. It is understandable why you haven't got the elevator in a historic building, but I would like to get ready for that and know it beforehand, when I make a decision to choose this or that apartment for my family stay. It was a challenge for my 4-year-old son to climb that high, but we managed to do it - however, a year or two ago it would be next to impossible for a smaller kid. 2 - the heating. I don't know the reason, but it was exceptionally cold inside the apartment. In the middle of the day it was really warmer outside than inside. 2 electric heaters are not enogh to make the big 100 meters apartment warm. We had to switch both every time we were inside, move them from room to room as my family and me moved around the apartment. And the expense on the electricity could be huge, I guess. Looking at the number of fans / ventilators stored in one of the rooms I guess how hot it is in summer on the contrary! Isn't a good climate conditioning system a wayout to make your guests feel more comfortable inside in every season? I also watched a gas heating system outside one of the apartment windows (maybe for hot water? or for neighbouring apartments?) - isn't it more convenient? Finally, I liked the apartment as being spacious and well-equipped. However it's really very big! And that's the reason it doesn't look functional enough... There are many spaces inside that are not properly used! The whole room is for a small table and storing some fans / ventilators, and that's all. Half of the bigger bedroom is just an empty space behind the double bed, etc. Thanks!
